CAIPA-MSO-LLC is seeking a Director of Quality and Provider Engagement to shape strategy and operations for quality and value-based care across 350,000 lives. This role blends hands-on leadership with executive collaboration to drive improved CMS Star Ratings, HEDIS, and provider engagement while delivering measurable financial results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Health Administration, Public Health, or related field.
• 10+ years in health plans, IPAs, ACOs or similar with HEDIS/Star experience.
• Proven leadership in quality and provider engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor two departments: Quality and Provider Engagement.
• Improve CMS Star Ratings, HEDIS, and quality measures.
• Translate goals into roadmaps, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
• Drive interdisciplinary meetings to ensure timely execution.
• Oversee strategy for quality initiatives and value-based care.
• Move IPA toward 4–5 Star performance for key lines of business.
• Communicate results to leadership, payers, and providers.
• Strengthen provider relationships in quality and value partnerships.
• Design provider education on quality improvement and documentation.
• Collaborate with IT to enhance Point-of-Care tools and analytics.
• Lead digital transformation of quality through automated reporting.
• Distribute quality incentives and shared savings with stakeholders.
• Grow member quality, engagement, and retention across the network.
