Job summary

USTA National Headquarters in Los Angeles, CA, seeks a Senior Manager of the National Excellence Program to scale National Excellence Team USA for youth with potential to play college or pro tennis, aligned with the Foundation Young Person Pathway.

You will lead strategy, regional events, player grants, and national activations while collaborating with internal and external partners to drive impact and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• BA degree or equivalent required; 3–5 years of program management experience preferred.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects from start to finish.
• Familiarity with college athlete recruitment, NCAA rules, and youth development programs.
• Experience with large-scale donor activations and employee engagement initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the National Excellence Program.
• Maintain project plans and timelines across workflows.
• Identify program enhancements based on data and stakeholder feedback.
• Oversee regional events, combines, and national activations from planning to delivery.
• Manage Individual Player Grant program from application to outcomes tracking.
