Job summary

Sandvik is seeking a Business Line Manager for Mobile Crushers & Screens in the USA. You will lead a sales team in North America, develop territory plans, and grow orders and profitability across equipment and aftermarket offerings.

Responsibilities include building key account strategies, forecasting, CRM data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Finance and Marketing. Expect ~50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
• Total sales experience of 10 years minimum, with 5+ years in direct sales roles.
• 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Experience in mining, aggregates, construction or related capital equipment.
• Strong relationships with dealers, distributors and customers.
• Familiar with territory planning and high-value accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plans for North America.
• Deliver sales, order intake, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Lead distributor relationships and channel strategy.
• Forecast, pipeline management and CRM data quality.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Legal and Supply for timely execution.
• Travel ~50% to customer sites and distributors.
