Job summary

Sandvik Group is seeking a Business Line Manager for Mobile Crushers & Screens in North America. You will lead the sales team across the region, develop strategy, manage distributors, and drive profitable growth of equipment and aftermarket offerings.

You will own the territory forecast, build key account plans, expand market presence through events, and collaborate with Product Management, Supply, and Finance to ensure value delivery and compliant execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in sales with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in B2B sales within mining/industrial sectors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory business plans aligned with Mobiles Division and Sales Area strategies.
• Deliver sales, order intake, revenue and market share objectives for equipment and aftermarket.
• Build relationships with customers, dealers and distributors.
• Own the territory forecast and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with Commercial Operations, Finance, Legal and Supply.
