Job summary

The role requires strong people leadership, strategic direction, and oversight of material availability, sourcing, and risk management to support growth and program success.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership to manage managers and cross-functional teams.
• Mastery across a technical portfolio or multiple related areas.
• Experience in supply chain, material management, or related business function.
• Strong collaboration with PM, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance and Biz Development.
• Proven ability to forecast, manage risk/opportunity, and oversee EAC performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SC/MM division as senior leader for a portfolio of programs.
• Develop and implement material strategies, execution plans and processes.
• Provide portfolio-level financial leadership and ensure alignment with AOP and revenue targets.
