Qualifications

• Supervisory experience required.
• Masters degree in Adult Education preferred.
• Experience with employees under a collective bargaining agreement preferred.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning theory, and performance consulting.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to Peterson University and training programs.
• Plan, develop, and implement a comprehensive training strategy aligned with company priorities.
• Oversee regional training center operations and compliance with RDLC standards.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract and hire Technical Trainers.
• Direct Trainer Development Manager to accelerate readiness of Technical Trainers.
• Manage technician training pathways and career progression.
• Develop non-RDLC training centers and ongoing education programs.
• Travel up to 30% to support Peterson stores and external locations.
