Job summary

The Nuclear Company is seeking a Senior Procurement and Supply Chain Leader to shape global strategic sourcing for mega infrastructure projects. You will direct procurement, logistics, and supplier management to drive cost savings and operational excellence.

Reporting to the President & Chief Nuclear Officer, you will build a high-performing team, navigate highly regulated environments, and implement digital procurement tools to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in procurement or supply chain
• 5+ years in a leadership role
• Experience in highly regulated industries preferred
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic procurement plans aligned to objectives
• Oversee supply chain operations including sourcing, logistics, inventory, and quality
• Mitigate supply disruptions by monitoring market trends
• Lead supplier engagement to achieve cost savings
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations
• Analyze data to drive decision-making and cost reductions
• Build world-class material management and tracking processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align supply chain with goals
