Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Five years of related experience with major grants from foundations and corporations.
• Master's degree may substitute with three years of related experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain donor relationships at all levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including grant writing.
• Ability to collaborate across Institutional Advancement and the University.

Responsibilities

• Set portfolio strategy for foundation and corporate relations.
• Cultivate and close principal- and major-level gifts and partnerships.
• Supervise the FCR Officer and mentor staff.
• Oversee donor stewardship and impact reporting on funds.
• Represent the University in professional networks and industry groups.
• Coordinate internal fundraising requests and budgeting for external solicitations.
