Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Residence Life program and residential experience.
• Develop and implement a residential experience strategy aligned with university priorities.
• Oversee housing operations, occupancy management and move-in/move-out processes.
• Lead a residential curriculum to foster community, leadership and wellbeing.
• Supervise and develop Residence Life staff and promote collaboration.
• Partner with campus partners to integrate residential experience with student success.
• Utilize data to evaluate initiatives and inform planning.
• Serve on on-call rotation to respond to student emergencies.
• Manage department budgeting and resource planning.
• Support institutional assessment and reporting requirements.
