Qualifications

Earned doctorate from an accredited institution in education or a closely related field.
Record of distinguished teaching, research, scholarship, and service at a Carnegie R1 institution.
Minimum of three years of progressively responsible academic leadership in higher education.
Experience supporting faculty recruitment, development, evaluation, promotion, tenure, and retention.
Evidence of leadership in graduate education, curriculum oversight, or academic administration.
Ability to work in a shared governance environment with diverse stakeholders.
