Job summary

American Cancer Society is seeking a Senior Director, Healthcare Transformation in the Navigation business unit to drive equitable access to world-class cancer care. This role leads strategic initiatives spanning screening, diagnosis, treatment initiation, and survivorship, translating expertise into scalable programs and partnerships that reduce barriers to care.

The Senior Director will guide multi-stakeholder initiatives, ensure alignment across education, policy, research, and engagement,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• RN or PA license required.
• Minimum 5 years in cancer care delivery.
• 5+ years progressive experience in program development and execution.

Responsibilities

• Translate national strategy into priorities and plans with measurable outcomes.
• Develop high-value external partnerships and engage with key stakeholders.
• Provide evidence-based thought leadership and represent ACS externally.
• Oversee full program lifecycle from design to evaluation and improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution and manage budgets and resources.
