Job summary

American Cancer Society is seeking a Senior Director, Healthcare Transformation to provide strategic leadership across the Navigation business unit. You will drive equitable access to top cancer care by translating expertise into scalable strategies, programs, tools, and partnerships helping health systems and navigators address barriers to care.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of patient navigation, oncology care delivery, cancer survivorship, and evidence-based interventions across the care continuum.
• Demonstrated ability to provide vision and strategic direction for complex, interdependent initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to interpret complex research, identify optimal approaches, and translate evidence into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities

• Translate national strategy into priorities and implementation plans for ACS objectives.
• Build high-value partnerships and represent ACS with external organizations and stakeholders.
• Lead program development, implementation and evaluation with emphasis on evidence-based approaches and measurable impact.
• Drive cross-functional execution, align internal functions and resources, and manage budgets and operations.
