Job summary

American Cancer Society is seeking a Senior Director, Healthcare Transformation to lead initiatives that expand equitable access to cancer care. You will provide strategic leadership across oncology navigation, clinical trials, and survivorship, and build scalable programs, tools, and partnerships to remove barriers to care.

The role requires deep oncology navigation expertise, strong cross-functional leadership, and the ability to drive measurable improvements in cancer care delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Experience in cancer care delivery and program execution.
• Proven ability to lead multi-stakeholder initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Translate national strategy into priorities and plans.
• Develop high-value partnerships and represent ACS externally.
• Provide thought leadership and interpret emerging evidence.
• Oversee full program lifecycle from design to evaluation.
• Align internal functions, manage budgets, and ensure outcomes.
