Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10–15+ years of progressive leadership experience in meetings & events, preferably in pharma/biotech, including enterprise level scope and strategic accountability
• Experience with enterprise level scope, strategy ownership, and transformation initiatives
• Deep knowledge of vendor relations, regulated environments and compliance framework
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Define and own enterprise meetings strategy across commercial, medical, and corporate priorities.
• Lead end-to-end event planning and governance with cross-functional teams.
• Drive compliance, vendor governance, and budget optimization.
• Develop KPIs and performance frameworks for events and partners.
• Influence senior leaders and align stakeholders across functions
