Job summary

JPMorganChase in Jersey City is seeking a Senior Lead Security Engineer to drive enterprise email security strategy and architecture within the CTC. You will lead agile teams to deliver secure email solutions, protect critical communications, and manage cross-functional security programs.

You will partner with Cyber, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Vendor Management to assess threats, guide modernization, and report on metrics and governance to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cybersecurity experience, including leading enterprise email security programs and engineering teams.
• Deep expertise in email security technologies including secure email gateways, phishing protection, encryption, and DMARC/DKIM/SPF.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, architecture, and lifecycle management of enterprise email security platforms.
• Define and drive the roadmap for email security capabilities including secure email gateways and DLP.
• Serve as the technical authority for email security architecture and regulatory alignment.
• Partner with Cyber, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Audit, and stakeholders to assess threats and manage security risk.
• Lead modernization initiatives from concept through deployment and migrations.
