Qualificações

• 10+ years of cybersecurity experience, including leading enterprise email security programs and engineering teams.
• Deep expertise in email security technologies (secure gateways, phishing protection, threat detection, encryption, cloud email platforms, SPF/DKIM/DMARC).
• Proven experience designing and operating enterprise-scale security architectures in regulated environments.
• Advanced knowledge of software engineering, cloud, AI/ML, or related technologies.
• Strong threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and risk analysis experience.
• Programming or automation languages experience for complex problems.
• Experience leveraging enterprise-approved AI in engineering workflows with data protection and auditability.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and regulatory/audit requirements.
• Ability to lead large cross-functional initiatives across Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Audit, Vendor Management, and business groups.
• Strong executive communication skills for presenting strategies, risks, roadmaps, and program status to leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the strategy, architecture, engineering, and lifecycle management of enterprise email security platforms.
• Define and drive the roadmap for email security capabilities (gateways, phishing protection, encryption, DLP, cloud security).
• Serve as technical authority for email security architecture ensuring alignment with regulatory and security requirements.
• Partner with Cyber, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Audit, and business stakeholders to assess threats and manage risk.
• Lead complex engineering and modernization initiatives from concept to deployment.
• Drive incident response, threat analysis, risk assessments, and remediation for email threats.
• Establish metrics and reporting to demonstrate platform effectiveness and business value.
• Develop executive-level strategy papers and governance communications for leadership and oversight.
