• Degree in a STEM field; Master’s preferred for strategic role.
• Extensive data analytics, AI/ML, or automation experience in life sciences, healthcare, or manufacturing.
• 8+ years in cross-functional leadership and program management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute AI and automation strategy across global data platforms.
• Build and lead a data science and engineering team; foster innovation.
• Oversee project governance, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Define enterprise data governance, quality, and compliance standards.
• Shape BI and analytics roadmap for executives with predictive insights.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure ROI on data initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and business leaders to align investments.
