Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 3–7+ years supporting KLE or executive communications.
Experience planning senior leader engagements within complex operations.
Experience preparing executive correspondence and briefing materials.
Ability to manage competing priorities and track engagement data.

Responsibilities

Develop, synchronize, and manage KLE plans and schedules aligned to priorities.
Translate guidance into engagement strategies and supporting plans.
Prepare and staff engagement products and briefs.
Maintain authoritative engagement records and historical data.
Coordinate engagements, visits, conferences, and meetings.
Develop recommendations based on stakeholder analysis and context.
Capture outcomes and follow-up actions via reporting and readouts.
Ensure OPSEC and adherence to procedures while maintaining continuity across rotating staffs.
