Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking professionals to join a program delivering advisory, training, and operational support services that strengthen national security. Working across geographic and functional commands, you will help develop and sustain mission-ready task forces to enhance joint force effectiveness.

Key duties include developing engagement plans, linking KLE strategies with IO and OIE, conducting stakeholder analysis, and producing messages and briefing materials for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience.
• 3+ years supporting engagement planning, KLE, IO, OIE, strategic communications, civil affairs, or related mission areas.
• Demonstrated experience developing engagement strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communication objectives, and operational support products.
• Experience supporting military, interagency, partner nation, multinational, or whole-of-government engagement efforts in complex operational environments.
• Proven ability to analyze stakeholder networks, operational conditions, and audience dynamics to inform planning and decision-making.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing executive-level briefings, reports, and engagement products for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop engagement themes, messages, talking points, and supporting materials tailored to objectives and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with joint, interagency, multinational, partner nation, and commercial stakeholders to align engagement activities.
• Integrate engagement planning into operational planning processes, campaign assessments, and information environment activities.
• Develop engagement synchronization matrices, campaign support plans, event concepts, and reporting products.
• Assess engagement effectiveness, analyze stakeholder feedback, and recommend adjustments to improve outcomes.

Desired Qualifications

• Master’s degree in International Relations, Strategic Communications, Political Science, National Security Studies, Public Policy, or a related field.
• Experience supporting Combatant Commands, Joint Task Forces, interagency organizations, partner nation engagements, or strategic competition initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience integrating engagement planning with campaign design, influence activities, behavioral analysis, information environment operations, or whole-of-government initiatives.
