Job summary

Lifeworks Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Employment Services to lead strategy, operations, and growth across multiple programs. The role focuses on revenue growth, program expansion, and partnerships to meet community needs while aligning with Minnesota’s Employment First Policy.

The Senior Manager will oversee budgets, change initiatives, and service delivery, driving data-driven improvements and staff development in a hybrid Richfield location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in employment services or related field.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience with grant writing, contract negotiation, and funder relationships preferred.
• Experience leading programs through leadership transitions or changes.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual Employment Services budgets and monitor revenue and expenses against targets.
• Guide service evolution, leverage performance tools, and drive continuous improvement.
• Build external partnerships with businesses, government agencies, and families.
• Lead operational leaders and create measurable development goals for teams.
• Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and CARF standards.
