Job summary

University Health is seeking an Executive Director of Dialysis Services to lead administration and clinical direction of dialysis across the health system, including renal clinics, inpatient and outpatient hemodialysis, home dialysis, and jail dialysis services.

You will collaborate with Medical Directors to plan growth, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor staff, manage budgets, and represent dialysis services in community forums, advancing patient-centered care in a dynamic healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required; Master's degree preferred.
• At least 3 years as a clinical nurse supervisor or director in dialysis; multi-system leadership preferred.
• Current RN license in Texas; BLS Healthcare Provider or Instructor card required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical services across multiple dialysis sites to ensure high-quality care in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Supervise and mentor a team of clinical and support staff; drive staff development and recruitment.
• Manage operational and capital budgets to ensure efficient resource use and goal attainment.
• Develop and update clinical and administrative policies to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Act as liaison between University Health and the community, representing dialysis services in professional and public forums.
