The role emphasizes training, KPI oversight, and policy updates.

The ideal candidate will drive change, improve efficiency, and collaborate with senior leadership to manage risk and ensure timely conversions across construction projects.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required.
• 7+ years of related experience in loan servicing or construction lending preferred.
• Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills required.
• Ability to lead, train and coach teams and staff.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee builder approval to loan conversion process.
• Ensure construction projects are completed and converted timely.
• Manage construction platform vendor and establish controls to minimize risk.
• Oversee held-for-sale pipeline and adherence to requalification procedures.
• Review aged loans and salable loans to ensure salability; monitor SOX compliance.
• Balance ledgers and ensure accurate tax processing and reporting.
