KPS Life is seeking a Sr Manager, Clinical Drug Supply Forecasting & Planning, with 8+ years of industry experience, to translate complex trial designs into accurate demand forecasts. The role is on-site 3 days per week in Armonk, NY or Warren, NJ and requires collaboration across Global Development and IOPS to optimize clinical supply inventories.

Formación

• BS degree with at least 8 years of industry experience.
• Experience in clinical forecasting translating study designs into demand forecasts and supply plans.
• Experience with forecasting and simulation software preferred.
• Strong influencing, negotiating and problem-solving skills across functions, geographies and cultures.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Track record of good project management.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Clinical Drug Supply Managers to prepare study-level forecasts and demand plans for internally procured and projected comparator drug supplies.
• Translate study designs and enrollment expectations into robust demand forecasts; support IRT algorithms.
• Regularly update forecasts to reflect revised milestones, inventory, and site/patient enrollment.
• Coordinate preparation for Drug Projection Review Committees with CDSL.
• Advise on resource constraints and propose strategies to meet demand.
