NBH Bank is seeking a Business Banking Center Manager III to lead a sales team serving small business and consumer clients. You will drive deposits, treasury management and loan products while maintaining exceptional client relationships.

You will train and coach a successful sales team, represent NBH Bank in the community, and collaborate across departments to meet sales and service goals with a focus on relationship growth and risk management.

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s degree or equivalent.
• 5 years banking experience with external business development.
• Driving is required with a valid driver's license.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• Treasury Management sales experience.
• Consumer lending and business lending experience.
• Bilingual language skills.
• Effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Capable with multiple software systems.
• Ability to analyze figures and risk.
