Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum five years’ leadership in Admissions and Financial Aid at an independent school.
• Strong data use to guide enrollment strategy and diversity goals.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication; ability to engage families.

Responsibilities

• Set and lead admissions, enrollment, and financial aid strategy aligned with the school’s mission.
• Recruit and enroll students, oversee a generous financial aid fund.
• Develop marketing and outreach to broaden access and engagement.
• Lead the Admissions and Financial Aid team and manage processes across offices.
• Collaborate with Communications to craft messaging and publications.
