Job summary

The Tennessee Board of Regents seeks an Assistant Vice Chancellor for Academic and Workforce Innovation to provide system‑level leadership in curriculum development, articulation/transfer, accreditation support, and workforce development across community colleges and TCATs.

You will work with college leaders, faculty, state agencies, and cross‑functional staff to align programs with student needs and job demand.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution
• 3 years middle leadership experience in career technical education at the college level

Responsibilities

• Reviews curricular programs and prepares summary documents for Board consideration and approval.
• Leads articulation and curricular alignment between TBR technical colleges and community colleges.
• Provides system office leadership for college and program level accreditation processes.
• Serves on systemwide committees and collaborates on statewide scaling of programs.
