Job summary

You will lead growth campaigns, build strategic capture plans, and coordinate with internal teams to win opportunities while navigating DoD acquisition processes and Direct/Foreign Military Sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of relevant experience; graduate degree with 7+ years is also acceptable.
• Active SECRET security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute plans to increase orders, bookings, and opportunities.
• Build and reinforce relationships with customers in international and domestic markets.
• Identify new markets, unmet needs, and expansion opportunities for programs.
• Lead capture activities through planning, targeting, proposing, and closing.
• Translate complex technical capabilities for customer engagement.
• Collaborate with BD, marketing, and capture teams to drive results.
