Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. is seeking a seasoned professional to lead patient services and promotional strategy for BRUKINSA, BEQALZI and TEVIMBRA, plus upcoming indications.

You will drive education, awareness, and access initiatives while partnering with Market Access, Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Legal and external agencies. The role requires a bachelor’s in marketing and 8+ years in biotech/pharma, with product-launch and oncology experience highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in biotech/pharmaceutical and/or healthcare.
• Experience in patient services, market access, marketing or digital/personal promotion.
• Product launch experience preferred.
• Oncology or specialty therapeutics experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient services strategy and execution to drive awareness and access.
• Develop and manage promotional materials and campaigns compliant with labeling.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs and Legal.
• Coordinate distribution strategies with partners and optimize channel visibility.
• Monitor performance with analytics and drive program improvements.
