Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in advanced analytics and data science in pharma/life sciences.
• Experience analyzing longitudinal healthcare data and signaling patient journeys.
• Hands-on predictive modeling with healthcare, real-world, or clinical data.
• Familiarity with AI governance, validation, and regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of patient journey analytics and predictive models across functions.
• Translate findings into dashboards, narratives, and decision-support for leaders.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, and IT teams.
• Promote responsible AI, model governance, and explainability in deployments.
• Provide guidance to analysts and external partners to raise analytical rigor.
