Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a senior analytics leader to design, develop, and deploy predictive patient analytics models and products. You will translate these models into intuitive visualizations for commercial, marketing, and access stakeholders, enabling data-driven decisions across brands.

You will partner with Commercial Technology & Solutions, Market Engagement, Commercial AI Capabilities, Patient CoE, and Brand teams to build robust data infrastructure, governance, and quality, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent.
• 10+ years in advanced analytics, data science, or predictive modeling in pharma/healthcare.
• Hands-on experience with patient-level healthcare data (claims, EHR/EMR).
• Ability to productize analytics into scalable data products.
• Strong data visualization and storytelling for leadership.

Job description

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of predictive patient analytics models and products.
• Architect and build scalable, modular analytics products adaptable across company brands (not one-off analyses).
• Translate predictive models into intuitive data visualizations and actionable insights for commercial, marketing, and access stakeholders.
• Partner with Commercial Technology & Solutions, Market Engagement, Commercial AI Capabilities, Patient CoE, and Brand teams to establish data infrastructure, governance, and quality.
• Cultivate a high-performing analytics function within the DHH Patient Capabilities team; mentor data professionals and establish patient analytics best practices.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics).
• 10+ years in advanced analytics, data science, or predictive modeling (pharmaceutical/healthcare or related).
• Hands-on experience with patient-level healthcare data (claims, EHR/EMR, specialty pharmacy, Rx/fulfillment).
• Proven ability to productize analytics into scalable, repeatable data products.
• Strong data visualization skills; translate complex data for non-technical leadership.
• Demonstrated leadership managing technical resources and driving cross-functional alignment.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

• MS or PhD in a quantitative field.
• Deep ML/AI expertise for patient behavior and commercial healthcare analytics.
• Experience in agile product teams with product managers and engineers.
• Familiarity with cloud data environments and modern data architecture (AWS, GCP).
