Medasource is seeking an Sr Mgr for Integrated Medical Education & Development in Whippany, NJ. This hybrid role combines strategy and execution across medical education content, peer-to-peer decks, and omnichannel assets. Expect collaboration with TA stakeholders and agency partners to deliver high-quality material.

The role emphasizes applying AI-enabled content development while maintaining rigorous compliance and stakeholder alignment across Medical, Marketing, MLR, and external partners.

Formación

• Advanced healthcare or scientific degree with 5+ years in pharma/medical content.
• Experience leading content development across Medical Affairs and Commercial.
• Strong leadership, writing judgment, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled content creation in compliant environments.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain the medical education content plan across TAs and portfolios.
• Collaborate with Commercial partners on TA-specific content strategy and tools.
• Translate strategy into clear content plans, narratives, and briefs.
• Lead development of peer-to-peer decks, speaker materials, and omnichannel content.
• Apply AI-enabled efficiencies while ensuring human review and compliance.
• Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to meet timelines and quality.
