RTX (Raytheon) invites a seasoned program manager to lead the Japan Patriot DCS spares contracts, ensuring cost, schedule, and performance commitments. You will serve as the primary interface with the Japan customer, coordinating with Mitsubishi and other stakeholders on delivery and negotiations.

The role requires strong leadership, program management expertise, and experience with international defense customers, with travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• University degree or equivalent with 10+ years experience, or advanced degree with 7+ years.
• Leadership experience in a defense or aerospace business.
• Experience with proposal activities and program management.
• Knowledge of risk/opportunity management and financial controls; cross-functional leadership.

Aufgaben

• Lead overall program execution for Japan Patriot DCS spares contracts, ensuring cost, schedule, and performance commitments.
• Serve as primary interface with the Japan customer, managing communications and relationship health.
• Conduct program-level risk and opportunity management with mitigation strategies.
• Develop, review, and maintain Estimates at Complete (EACs) per Raytheon processes.
• Support spares proposal planning, pricing reviews, fact-finding, and negotiations.
• Drive program start-up activities including requirements confirmation and baseline establishment.
• Coordinate with supply chain, engineering, operations, finance, and export/import compliance.
• Prepare and deliver internal and external program reviews, status briefings, and performance metrics.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of spares execution processes and customer satisfaction.
• Travel as needed domestically and internationally.
