Job summary

RTX in Tewksbury, MA is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support the Japan Patriot Direct Commercial Sales contracts. The role focuses on coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely execution across cross-functional teams.

You will work with internal and external stakeholders, prepare briefs and status reports, and help drive disciplined program execution while adhering to RTX processes. Domestic and international travel may be required, and security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Experience in program or project management.
• Experience with action item tracking and associated tools.
• Experience utilizing problem solving processes.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day execution of Japan Patriot DCS contracts, including coordination, tracking, and reporting on assigned tasks.
• Drive assigned tasks to completion by proactively identifying required actions, engaging stakeholders, and following through to closure.
• Assist with preparation of internal and external program documentation, including status reports, action logs, and briefing materials.
• Conduct analytical reviews of schedules, financial data, risks, and program metrics to support decision-making.
• Perform tasks as required by the program manager to support disciplined program execution, including documentation management, action-item tracking, and workflow coordination.
• Maintain adherence to RTX program management processes, policies, and tools.
• Expected to support domestic and international travel as needed.
