Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in financial services, preferably in advisor-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of the financial planning process and fee-based services.
• Excellent advisor-facing communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to partner across teams to support rollout efforts.

Responsibilities

• Respond to advisor questions on launching and scaling fee-based planning services.
• Serve as a go-to resource for policies, procedures, and platforms.
