Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on advisor-facing roles
• Strong understanding of financial planning and fee-based planning
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Strong advisor-facing communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to partner across teams and support rollout efforts
• Proficiency in MS Office; AI capabilities a plus

Responsibilities

• Respond to advisor and staff questions on launching, managing, and scaling fee-based planning services.
• Provide policy, procedure, and platform guidance for fee-based planning.
• Create self-service resources and lead informal learning (office hours, study groups, peer forums).
• Partner with training, compliance, operations, and product teams to improve the advisor experience with fee-based planning.
