Job summary

Osaic seeks a Senior Consultant to guide advisors through fee-based financial planning implementations in a practical, compliant, and scalable way. The role serves as a primary resource for policies, procedures, agreements, platforms, and best practices tied to fee-for-advice services, helping advisors begin with a fee.

This role partners with cross-functional teams and emphasizes informal learning, rollout support, self-service resources, and hands-on adoption activities within our hybrid

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in financial services, with a strong preference for advisor-facing roles
• Strong understanding of the financial planning process, wealth management, and fee-based/advice services
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to time-sensitive advisor needs
• Excellent advisor-facing communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate best practices into practical guidance
• Ability to partner across teams and contribute to rollout efforts that support advisor adoption
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiar with AI capabilities a plus

Responsibilities

• Advisor Implementation Support, Adoption & Rollout Execution: Respond to advisor and staff questions on how to launch, manage, and scale fee-based planning services within their business.
• Advisor Policy, Procedure & Platform Guidance: Serve as a go-to resource for advisors and staff on fee-based financial planning policies, procedures, agreements, resources, and platforms.
• Self-Service Resources & Informal Field Learning: Build practical resources and lead virtual learning opportunities such as office hours and study groups.
• Cross-Functional Partnership & Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with training, compliance, operations, and product teams to improve the advisor experience related to fee-based planning.
