Quaker Houghton, a global leader in industrial process fluids, is seeking a Senior Manager for External Reporting & Technical Accounting to lead SEC filings, technical accounting guidance, and cross-functional partnerships across Finance, Tax, Legal, and Investor Relations. The role emphasizes ownership of the external reporting calendar, high-quality disclosures, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• Approximately 8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Public-company accounting experience preferred, Big Four experience advantageous.
• Experience preparing or supervising SEC filings (10-K/10-Q/8-K).
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Experience with Workiva/Wdesk or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, review, and filing of Form 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and other SEC filings.
• Own the external reporting calendar and coordinate inputs across functions.
• Oversee financial statements, footnote disclosures, MD&A, and other SEC disclosures.
• Provide technical accounting guidance on complex and non-routine transactions.
• Partner on M&A/restructuring-related accounting and post-close integration.
• Drive automation and improvements in reporting processes and controls.
• Manage external reporting platform and liaise with auditors.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the external reporting and technical accounting team.
