Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; minimum 7 years in product management and/or clinical solutions.
• Strong customer orientation with data-driven decision making and demonstrated framework usage.
• Proven ability to articulate ideas and drive cross-functional alignment amid ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead product vision, strategy, OKRs, roadmap across multiple clinical programs.
• Apply PM best practices including user research, opportunity sizing, and business cases.
• Prioritize backlog balancing business objectives with customer insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine workflows and manage risk.
• Define data requirements with analytics and technology teams.
• Use design-first approach to understand member and provider needs.
• Translate insights into prioritized product requirements and business cases.
• Drive iteration and innovation to increase impact and value.
• Evaluate buy/build/partner decisions using consistent frameworks.
• Partner with external digital health organizations when applicable.
• Leverage agile and lean methodologies to test and scale.
• Define success metrics for adoption, satisfaction, and utilization.
• Mentor junior product managers and contribute to culture.
• Communicate effectively across multiple levels of the organization.
