Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a strategic Lead Product Manager to shape and deliver clinical solutions for members and providers. You will own the product lifecycle from vision to execution, collaborating with design, engineering, clinical, and operations to scale impactful programs.

You will lead cross-functional teams, define data requirements, use a design-first approach, and translate insights into deployable product plans while measuring adoption and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7 or more years of product management and/or clinical solutions experience.
• Strong customer/end user orientation, with a data driven decision making approach.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing a standardized and effective product management framework including but not limited to: user research and concept testing, opportunity sizing and/or business case development, product blueprints, data and/or technology requirements, and ability to de-risk barriers to scale.
• Demonstrated ability to articulate ideas effectively in both written and oral forms.
• Strong ability to drive cross functional teams to alignment in the midst of ambiguity.
• Ability to drive significant transformation.
• Solid track record managing products that achieved successful financial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead product vision, strategy, OKRs, roadmap development, and execution across multiple clinical programs.
• Apply product management best practices including user research, concept testing, opportunity sizing, business case development, training, and de-risking barriers to scale.
• Prioritize backlog across competing needs while balancing business objectives with customer insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine workflows, uncover pain points, and proactively manage risk.
• Define data requirements in partnership with analytics and technology teams.
• Use a design-first approach to deeply understand member and provider needs.
• Translate insights into well-defined business cases and prioritized product requirements.
• Drive continuous iteration and innovation to increase impact and value.
• Evaluate and execute on buy, build, or partner decisions using consistent frameworks.
• Partner with external digital health organizations when applicable.
• Leverage agile and lean methodologies to test, learn, and scale efficiently.
• Define success metrics for all lifecycle phases including adoption, satisfaction, and utilization.
• Serve as a leader on the team by mentoring junior product managers and contributing to broader strategy and culture.
• Work independently and communicate through multiple levels in the organization.
