Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. is seeking an Associate Director, Clinical Costing Systems and Tools to lead the modernization of our enterprise resourcing and costing engine across Phase I–III trials.

You will own tool design, data integration with CTMS/EDC, and governance processes across Clinical Operations and Finance. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in CRO/biopharma pricing or costing, exceptional analytical capabilities, and a track record of cross-functional leadership to drive accuracy,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the CRO or biopharmaceutical industry with pricing tools and systems
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate operational details into quantitative models
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Design, development, and continuous improvement of the clinical trial costing tool(s).
• Integrate costing models with functional inputs across global operations and systems (CTMS, EDC, SAP, Workday).
• Governance: SOPs, version control, approvals, auditability; training and support for stakeholders.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Resource Management, Finance, HR, and IT for data flows and system integration.
• Data analytics: cost trends, dashboards, scenario models, and pricing insights.
