Aufgaben

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation activities across legal entities and business units.
• Prepare, record, and review consolidation entries, entity-level entries, and intercompany eliminating entries
• Reconcile intercompany transactions and balances, investigate differences, and coordinate timely resolution with business unit finance teams
• Prepare consolidated financial statements, management reports, supporting schedules, and financial reporting packages in accordance with U.S. GAAP and company reporting requirements
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities and complete corporate accounting deliverables according to the reporting calendar
• Assist the Corporate Controller with technical accounting research, internal controls, special projects, and finance process improvements
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve, standardize, and automate consolidation, reconciliation, and reporting processes
