Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project coordination for branded device launches across multiple teams.
• Identify opportunities to optimize internal and external workflows for efficiency.
• Evaluate processes and implement automation to increase productivity and reduce manual effort.
• Analyze program data to identify trends and report to leadership for decision-making.
• Partner with Operations and Product Line teams to manage inventory and launch readiness.
• Develop training materials and documentation for processes and systems.
• Ensure compliance with policies and monitor quality in operations.
