The selected candidate will be responsible for developing hiring plans and overseeing logistics on a national level. They will collaborate with various stakeholders and promote innovative recruiting strategies within the firm.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of legal recruiting experience, including 3+ years of significant lateral experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volume.
• Good judgment and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing national hiring plans for key practice groups.
• Organizing lateral hiring logistics on a national level.
• Driving sourcing efforts and interviewing for non-associate positions.
• Tracking onboarding process and managing tasks for the Lateral Recruiting Coordinator.
