Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP is seeking a Lateral Partner Recruiting Specialist to join a high-energy Growth & Integration team. Based in any US office, you will guide partner candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle with a high-touch, white-glove experience to internal and external stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in recruiting within professional services, plus excellent communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Arts or Science or equivalent work experience preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in law or professional services.
Experience with Zoom, Teams and applicant tracking systems such as iCIMS or LawCruit.
Extraordinary verbal and written communication and presentation skills are essential.
Demonstrated organization and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

Guide candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle from submission to integration.
Collaborate with the Sr. Manager of Growth & Integration to execute top recruiting priorities.
Represent Orrick to candidates and search firms as an ambassador for the firm.
Adapt to evolving practices of competitive legal recruiting.
