• Review and refine job descriptions, interview structures, and candidate assessments to promote equity and quality.
• Ensure recruiting practices comply with firm policies and employment laws.
• Build relationships with partners and leaders to forecast hiring needs.
• Communicate progress and market trends to stakeholders.
• Model best practices in recruiting operations and mentor junior team members.
