Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day due diligence budgets and schedules.
• Support area management programs.
• Assign and manage due diligence projects for designated area.
• Assess project risks and coordinate development activities.
• Coordinate land planning with municipalities and utilities.
• Pursue zoning and land use changes at public meetings.
• Manage pre-acquisition budgets, schedules, cash flow.
• Review purchase agreements for entitlement points and compliance.
• Aid in coordination of joint development agreements or joint venture.
• Review design documents, site plans, and plats for coordination.
• Determine utility availability and impact fees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
