Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of land coordination or related experience.
• Associate degree favorable in business/real estate or related field.
• Experience in homebuilding or real estate development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee land acquisition and development document preparation and filing.
• Maintain project trackers and reports for milestones.
• Coordinate due diligence, zoning, entitlements, and regulatory materials.
• Act as liaison with consultants, municipalities, and internal teams.
• Support contract and invoice management with Finance.
