Sekisui House U.S., Inc. seeks a Division Vice President, Land Development to lead strategy and execution across multiple land programs. You will oversee planning, engineering, permitting, and construction, ensuring alignment with financial objectives and regulatory standards.

You will manage several teams, drive collaboration with external partners, and shape scalable growth while maintaining safety and quality in all development activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, real estate, construction management, land development, or related field.
• 10–12 years of relevant experience in land development, civil engineering, or large-scale community development leadership.
• Equivalent total experience of approximately 14–16 years in leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead development strategies aligned with mid-term objectives and division growth.
• Oversee planning, engineering, permitting, and construction across multiple land development programs.
• Guide feasibility analyses, cost projections, schedules, and risk for investment decisions.
• Strengthen relations with municipalities, regulatory agencies, and utility providers.
