Permian Resources is seeking a detail-oriented Business Development Land Coordinator to support the full lifecycle of acquisitions, divestitures, and trades within the New Mexico Strategy and Planning team. You will help advance strategic development projects by maintaining deal tracking, preparing documents, and coordinating with internal and external counsel.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in land, legal, or business development, strong Excel and Office skills, and a proven ability to manage

Formación

• 3+ years of industry experience in land, legal, business development or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage shifting priorities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain live tracking for acquisitions, divestitures, and trades, keeping deal status current.
• Prepare acquisition summaries, offer letters, settlement statements, payment requests, and transfer forms.
• Edit acquisition, divestiture and trade agreements with internal and external counsel.
• Research leases, wells, and activity during the acquisition process.
• Onboard acquired interests and coordinate delivery of information to asset land, lease administration, division order, and accounting teams.
• Draft well proposals, AFEs, and operating agreements to support strategic development projects.
• Communicate with third parties involved in development projects to convey requested information.
• Coordinate mailouts and tracking of well proposals and offer letters to ensure delivery to counterparties.
• Organize and maintain all documents related to acquisitions, acreage exchanges, and development projects.
