Qualifications

• Four to six years related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, secure and organize land acquisition leads.
• Perform title and municipal research and initial cold call inquiry.
• Negotiate purchase contracts with sellers.
